Fun Activities To Keep Your Child Physically Strong

Getting a child involved in fun activities in today’s scenario is quite a difficult task as the children are hooked to digital games and activities that are upgraded almost every day to keep the young children attracted to those digital games.

But the helplessness of the parents is that they really can’t blame the kids, can them. So how do we want to solve this impasse? Put a ban on digital devices for your child. But that again is not a feasible idea as it may backfire. In fact, it may increase the rebellious behavior in the child and he will specifically not do exactly what you ask of them and at the same time, we can’t let our child grow up unfit and unhealthy.

At the same time, it is vital for us to prevent health problems such as being under/overweight in our kids from a young age.

The young kids are passionate about video games. So we as parents need to make exercises fun to make him feel positive, happy, and good in a way that digital activities never could.

Dance is the simplest and the most fun-filled activity to do to get that daily cardio workout. It is an eternal favorite activity with kids. Just put on some music, get some preferably healthy snacks. You could just do this during family time with your children.

 

 

 

 

A Few Simple And Easy Ways To Keep Particularly Kids Healthy Are-

Follow the leader:

When playing this game, you’ll be the leader and it’s the easiest way to get a good workout done by your kids. Make sure to include exercises like jumping, kicks, running, etc.

Tag:

A simple game of tag where you chase your children and when you catch someone, they then have to do the chasing, is a fun old-school option for a workout.

Capture The Flag:

This is a classic game that is definitely sure to keep your kids busy and active for a long time. Gather up your kid’s friends and take them to a vast space with plenty of closed spaces to hide.
Divide them into two teams and give each team a flag that they would have to hide which the other team would have to find. If anyone catches a member of the opposite team on their team’s land they’re put on a time-out until touched by one of their own team members.

Hopscotch:

Hopscotch is a good game that can be played both indoor (using floor tiles as markers) and outdoors (with chalk on a sidewalk or pavement). Keep making the hopscotch course bigger and bigger to keep your kids active and excited by all that jumping

Pop, pop, pop!

All you have to do for this is blow some bubbles out in your garden and ask your kid to run around popping all of them.
Another variation of this game is not letting the balloon touch the ground (without holding it for more than a second at a time).

A few measures can be taken into consideration to ensure the safety and security of the child while he/she enjoys the activities outside the confines of a room and the gadgets.

1. Find a fun activity. Help your child find a sport that he /she will enjoy. The more he/she enjoys the activity, the more likely she will continue it. Get the entire family involved. It is a great way to spend time together.

2. Choose an activity that is developmentally appropriate. Soccer, bicycle riding, and swimming are all appro¬priate activities.

3. Plan ahead. Make sure your child has a convenient time and place to exercise.

4. Provide a safe environment. Make sure your child’s equipment and chosen site for the sport or activity are safe. Make sure your child’s clothing is comfortable and appropriate.

5. Provide active toys. Young children especially need easy access to balls, jump ropes, and other active toys.

6. Be a role model. Children who regularly see their parents enjoying sports and physical activity are more likely to do so themselves.

7. Play with your child. Help her learn a new sport.

8. Turn off the TV. Limit TV watching and computer use for not more than 1 to 2 hours of total screen time, including TV, videos, computers, and video games, each day.

9. Make time for exercise. Some children are so overscheduled with homework and other planned activities that they do not have time for exercise so it’s your responsibility to help your child strategize for the inclusion of game/activity in his/her regimented routine.
